Lunch and Dinner Menu

Salad: choose 1 base, 3 toppings, 1 protein, 2 add ins, 1 dressing

  1. Base: spinach, romaine, mixed greens

  2. Toppings: carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, mixed peppers, egg, broccoli, corn, black beans

  3. Protein: chicken, salmon*, shrimp*, vegan chicken, tofu

  4. Add ins: cranberries, apple, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts, nutritional yeast

  5. Dressings: honey mustard, balsamic vinaigrette, ranch, hummus

Protein Carb Veggie: choose 1 of each

  • Protein: Burgers; Chicken, Turkey, Vegan, Meatballs (Chicken, Turkey, Vegan) Chicken, Salmon*, Shrimp*, Vegan Sausage* & peppers

  • Carb: Sweet Potato, Brown Rice, Wild Rice, Quinoa, Black Beans & Kidney Beans, Vegan Mac & Cheese

  •  Veggies: Brussels Sprouts, Spinach, Kale, Zucchini, Broccoli, Carrots, Cabbage, Asparagus, Avocado,
